Yes. While many adult clients choose to see me in-person in my Hawthorne office, some prefer online therapy for some or all of their sessions. Yes. Research has shown that online therapy is as effective as in-person therapy for most adults. In fact, many of my clients prefer online therapy because of the comfort and convenience of meeting from home.
We will find a time that works for us both, and stick to it every week. I can accommodate occasional cancellations and rescheduling.
50-minute individual sessions are $165.
50-minute parent-child or couple sessions are $185.
Inquire about my sliding scale if these rates are prohibitive for you.
I accept Oregon Health Plan. I do not currently accept any other insurance providers, but am able to provide receipts or a superbill that can be submitted for reimbursement.
We’ll work together to decide if shorter term or longer term therapy is right for you. Some clients choose to pause or end therapy when the original goals are met, and others stay to continue exploring new challenges and areas of growth. It’ll always be up to you.
